Benita Engracia's story

Benita, 58, is originally from San Marcos. She is a widow and the mother of four children who are all adults. She works as a vendor selling groceries. She started this business several years ago, selling cooked beans. With the money she made, she slowly began buying soft drinks and other products to sell. Now, she is able to maintain her business thanks to these efforts. She offers a variety of products at her store. Her goal is to turn this grocery store into a general store where she can sell all kinds of products.

She is requesting this loan to buy basic grains such as rice, cooking oil, beans, and more in order to grow her business. She thinks this loan will help her meet her customers' demands and increase her income. Her future plans is to keep growing her product diversity.
