A loan of $275 helped to buy clothes in bulk: jeans, t-shirts, sports shoes, sandals, blouses, etc.

Alfredo Antonio's story

Alfredo, 52, is a street vendor. He sells different items in the area where he lives, visiting also surrounding villages. He works Monday to Saturday, selling clothes and shoes for women, men and children. He learned by doing, due to a financial crisis his family suffered. His family is composed of his wife and two children. He did not have a job and could not provide for them. He is now requesting a loan to buy clothes in bulk (jeans, t-shirts, sports shoes, sandals, blouses, etc.). This way, he will have a wider variety to offer to his clients and satisfy their different tastes and needs. This will result in an improvement on the income he receives from his sales, especially during this time of the year, when the demand is higher. Alfredo wants to continue working to improve the well-being of his family. He also dreams of having a well-known, profitable and sustainable shop, so he can leave his children a good legacy and enjoy the fruits of his labor together with his family.
