Cynthia's story

Cynthia is a fifth grade dropout, 44 years old, and married to a driver. She has six children, ages 18 to 30; only three are in school and living at home.

Cynthia is running a shop in the capital city of Margibi County, which is good at producing rubber in Liberia. In this shop, Cynthia sells many kinds of drinks likes stout, beer, soft drinks, energy drinks, dry gins, etc. She started this business by doing out of town business, where she used to take the goods on credit; she learned this trade from her mother. Her current problem is less income since the holiday season is closer.

She is requesting a loan to buy more goods mentioned above for her business.

She enjoys her business because the business helps to improve her life and the children's lives. Her dreams are to expand her business even more, and send her children to college.
