Mt Ulunguru Group's story

Magdalena, who is single in her late 20s, has been managing her life by running two businesses. She is involved with stationery as her big business and also food selling like chips mayai (a local potato omelette) with fried meat. She also does catering services if she has orders. She works from 8:00 a.m. to midnight if she has catering service. Magdalena is able to make a good profit per month.

This will be her first loan request from Tujijenge Tanzania. Magdalena will use this loan to improve her food business by increasing the type of food she cooks. She is doing great on her businesses but she is looking for your financial support to meet her target. She dreams that one day she will be able to expand her businesses with success.

Magdalena will share this loan with her loan group, "Mt Ulunguru," which totals four members. The members of the group will hold each other accountable for paying back the loan.
