Maria Luisa's story

Maria Luisa is single and from the municipality of Chinandega in the west of the country. This area has very much commerce and tourism and beautiful spots, like its lovely beaches.

Maria Luisa is characterized as a responsible and hard-working woman who is not afraid of hard work. She earns her living buying and selling various merchandise, for example lingerie, cosmetics, shoes, knick-knacks, gold jewelry, and more items ordered by her customers.

She makes her purchases in other municipalities paying in cash and then distributes her merchandise to traders of different municipalities of the country, mainly in the west, where she has regular and temporary customers. She has had this business for many years already and started it as a means to make a living. One of her dreams is to be able to increase her business and by this to get ahead, and also to buy her own house.

The objective of her loan is to obtain working capital for the purchase of merchandise, such as shoes, different styles of clothing, cosmetics, and more, as the demand has risen because Christmas is near.
