Bayan is 47 years old and raising three children together with her husband. Bayan has secondary education. As a main source of income for her family, Bayan works with livestock breeding, after having started 16 years ago with the purchase of livestock for 8,000 som (KGS). Thanks to Bayan's persistent work, her farm currently has one dairy cow, one calf and 20 sheep, and also a plot of land of 2.50 hectares. Here she grows beans, potatoes and perennial grasses. The monthly income is 5,000 som (KGS).

Bayan is a member of the group "Kelechek-Kalba". There are two other people in this group, and as a result there are three of them. Bayan is the leader of this group. With an aim to further develop her business, Bayan turned to the microfinance bank "Bai Tushum & Partners" for a loan in the amount of 100,000 som (KGS) for the purchase of sheep to increase the number of livestock. Bayan plans to invest the income from the loan in further increasing the number of household animals, and plans to save money for repairing her house.

У Баян - среднее образование, в качестве основного дохода для своей семьи Баян занимается животноводством, стартовав 16 лет назад, с покупки скота на 8,000 сом KGS. Благодаря упорному труду Баян, в ее хозяйстве на сегодняшний день имеется: 1 дойная корова, 1 теленок 20 овец, а также имеет земельный надел размером 2,50 ГА, на которой выращивает фасоль, картофель и многолетнюю траву. Ежемесячный доход составляет 5,000 сом (KGS). Баян входит в группу "Келечек -Калба", в эту группу входят еще 2 человека. В итоге их трое. Баян является лидером группы. В целях дальнейшего развития своего хозяйства, Баян обратилась в Микрофинансовый банк «Бай –Тушум и Партнеры» за кредитом в сумме 100,000 сом (KGS) на покупку овец для увеличения поголовья скота. Доходы от кредита Баян планирует вложить в дальнейшее приумножение количества домашней скотины, и планирует накопить средства на ремонт дома.
