Alik is a young farmer from the Petrovka village of Lori region. He lives with his wife and one-year-old daughter and son. Alik's wife works in the village local self-governance body.
To take care of his family Alik is extensively engaged in agribusiness: in cattle breeding, in aviculture, in breeding livestock of sheep, pigs and piglets, and in cultivation of wheat, barley, potatoes, and grass. He realizes the agricultural products in the local market, which is the most important source of family's income. Alik and his wife work hard to be able to earn a living.
To continue running his agribusiness in a more sustained way, Alik needs a loan of USD 3,000 to purchase two cows, two steers, and some forage (barley) for the livestock. The expanded agribusiness will function in a more productive way.
Alik and his family highly rely on the good will of the lenders and will appreciate their support in collecting the needed amount of loan to sustain their agribusiness.
