A loan of $1,450 helped to purchase oil containers for trucks and an oil gun.

Rousary Kamil's story

Rousary is a young woman who comes from a farming family. After completing her penultimate year of school in 2011, she noticed that her home was in a good location near the town market, which was steadily growing. It occurred to Rousary to sell car oil, but she did not have the money to buy any. At her insistence her parents saved the money to buy her a box of oils. Rousary took advantage of this by not only selling the oil but also offering oil changes. She began turning a profit just over a year ago; nevertheless she needs additional capital to purchase oil for trucks and an oil gun, which will help her grow her business.

Rousary studies in the evenings after attending to her business each day, seven days a week. She hopes to get ahead in her business and in her professional life. She made a very interesting statement, "I don't want to work for nothing, I want to grow". This is exactly the type of of help that young Bolivian people need to grow and become part of a good society.
