A loan of $1,975 helped to buy equipment and goods to sell in her business.

Any Mariela's story

Any is a young 27 year old entrepreneur. She's a real fighter, and is married but does not have any children yet. Every day, she works alongside her husband to move forwards and offer her future children a good future. She completed higher education, graduating as a primary school teacher, and currently works at a local school. Her husband works as a motorbike driver and a farmer, and supports every one of the decisions she makes to move ahead as a family and a household.

Today, having seen the need to offer her neighbors, family and friends new products closer to their homes, she decided to set up a business selling a variety of goods, with which she is beginning her dream of seeing her shop expand.

Since the first purchases she makes to stock her shop are limited, she decided to approach the COMIXMUL cooperative and request a loan to buy two display cases, four counters, notebooks, seasonal clothes, backpacks and other items that her customers have asked her for and that she hasn't had in stock.

Her future plans are to convert her small business idea into a general store selling all kinds of home electrical appliances, games, dining goods, heaters, and other items that she dreams of selling in her shop.
