The Village Bank President of this loan is Mrs. Eim S., who owns a small restaurant where she sells Chinese noodles to both villagers and visitors. Since her business is going well, Mrs. Eim S. is requesting a loan to buy more beef and other ingredients to cook delicious noodle dishes for her customers. Her husband, Mr. Meas Sophy, is a motorbike taxi driver who can make $5 a day to support his family.

Mrs. Eim S. is 36 years old and the mother of four children, one of whom is a waiter while another is a carpenter. The third one is enrolled in school while the youngest is yet too young to work or stuD..
