A loan of $700 helped to pay for university fees and other study expenses.

Nilsa's story

Nilsa is the third of five siblings. Her parents live and work in the region of Chaco. She came to the city to study at Escuela Agrícola San Francisco de Cerrito and when she graduated she did not want to leave the city due to her desire to get ahead. With the help of her parents she managed to purchase some products to set up a small business.

She rents and lives in the house of one of her parents’ friends, in which she has her debt collection agency and small grocery store, and she studies Kinesiology and Physiotherapy at night. She wants to be a professional and continue working on her own in order to help her parents and her siblings; she is a person who wants to get ahead in life.

She is requesting this loan in order to invest it in paying for her university fees and her study expenses. She is also grateful for the opportunity given to her to continue growing.
