Abida's story

Abida is a 34-year-old, vigorous lady. She has been stitching clothes for many years. She stitches for the people of her community and uses the income to support her entire family. However, due to the lack of available funds, she is unable to meet the daily demands of her customers. For this reason she requested a loan of PKR 25,000 from Kashf Foundation. She intends to use this loan amount to buy more spools of threads in different colors, packs of laces, zippers, and buttons. It will allow her to stitch up more dresses on time. She is in her 4th loan cycle with a good repayment history.
