Khadija's story

Khadija is 36 years old, a female and married. She has five children 18,16,14,12 and five years old who she supports. She was introduced to KADET Ltd. by a KADET officer and she has a canteen. She has been in this business for thirteen years; it is located at Gongoni.

In her business she earns a monthly income of KES 13,050. She is taking his fourth loan of KES 40,000 which she intends to use to add stock to her business by adding stocks of milk, bread, sugar, salt, wheat flour, maize flour, soft drinks, cooking oil and rice. Her previous loan of KES 30,000 was paid back successfully.

Khadija will use the anticipated profit to expand her business by making it into a wholesale shop. Her hopes and dreams for her future business and family are to open another business and educate her children.
