Jalal is a 23-year-old single Palestinian refugee, working and living in a Palestinian Camp with limited access to several living and working sectors.

Jalal is well known in his region and has a good reputation for the hard work he has done to develop his living standards and his business with the aim of improving his socioeconomic situation. Four years ago, he opened his own internet cafe, where most of the camps' teenagers and citizens come and spend a joyful time with each other, since it is a major sector for entertainment in a place that lacks such similar things.

He'll also use part of the loan to do necessary maintenance on his car, which he uses to buy requested equipment from outside the camp and the nearby villages.

He hopes that in the future, he'll be capable of opening a wider business outside the camp and attracting more customers.
