A loan of $600 helped to buy working tools (straightening iron, dryer, brushes, and hair treatments, among other items) and to stock up on catalog merchandise (cosmetics, perfumes, and body creams, among other items).

Marisela's story

Marisela, at the age of 30, is the mother of two children and lives in free union with her partner. At this time she sells catalog products, and in addition, she is taking a beauty course and wants to set up her own business, with the goal of generating income to offer sustenance to her children and support the household economy. With the loan that she is applying for, she wants to buy her working tools (straightening iron, dryer, brushes, and hair treatments, among other items) and stock up on catalog merchandise (cosmetics, perfumes, and body creams, among others). In this way she will be able to start her own productive project, and in addition she will be able to offer a greater variety of products to her customers in order to satisfy the demand that increases in the approaching Christmas season. In this way she hopes to generate good income to continue watching out for the well-being of her children and advance toward the completion of her goals. Marisela, with her force, effort, and dedication will continue working, since her principal dream is to be able to be with her children more and offer them a better quality of life.
