El señor Federico y su familia son de escasos recursos económicos que a veces apenas cubre los gastos para el estudio de sus hijos, además gastaron el ahorro que tenía en obra fina de la construcción de su vivienda, ahora Federico junto a su esposa necesitan dinero para hacer otra vivienda económica de madera en su chaco del trópico, por este motivo solicita un préstamo para la construcción de la vivienda de madera en su chaco.
