A loan of $350 helped to buy raw material including cloth, threads of different colors along with packs of laces and zippers.

Yasmeen's story

Yasmeen had a difficult time after her husband's business failure so she initiated her work of sewing clothes to support her family for a better future. She has two years of experience in this field. Yasmeen sews for the people living around her house and uses the income to support her entire family. However, due to lack of availability of funds she is unable to meet the daily demands of her customers. For this reason she contacted Kashf Foundation and applied for a loan of PKR (Pakistan Rupees) 35,000 to buy raw material including cloth, threads of different colors and packs of laces and zippers. She is currently in her 3rd loan cycle and has shown good repayment behavior.
