Samina's story

Samina is a 37 year old married woman. She is a hardworking mother who is helping her family by providing tailoring services in her community. She has been offering tailoring services for the past ten years. She knows the techniques of stitching very well. Her regular customers are her neighbors and the local community. She earns enough to lead a decent life.

To help her continue operations of her business, Samina has requested for a loan of PKR (Pakistan Rupees) 35,000 to buy stock of threads, in different colors, along with packs of zippers and buttons. She has been in association with Kashf for three years. In addition to repaying the loan, she will use part of the revenue to deal with personal expenses.
