Fayziniso's story

Fayziniso lives in the region of Spitamen. She is 22 years old, married, has a two year old daughter, and is once again expecting. Fayziniso's husband works as a wall plasterer. Fayziniso works in livestock, and, with the help of her father-in-law, has been raising cattle to sell for 4 years. Fayziniso's parents taught her how to care for and feed cows, and before getting married, Fayziniso worked with her parents in a barnyard. Now, however, Fayziniso can work in livestock on her own. She is taking out a loan to purchase a few head of cattle in order to increase her herd. Fayziniso usually fattens the cattle for 30-35 days, and then her father-in-law sells the animals at the cattle market.
