Evelyn's story

Evelyn is 40 years old and lives in Sanniquille the capital City of Nimba County which is rich in nature resources, and living conditions are much better than the capital city. It is the second largest populated county in Liberia. She completed 1st grade, and she has lived all her life in a rural area. She is married, and her husband is a farmer. They have six children. Her children are between 4 to 22 years old. With the little money she received from her mother, she was able to establish her business, 8 years ago. She runs a table, where she sells palm oil, vita, and pepper. She spends 9 hours on her business, and faces no other problems except fewer goods on her table. She is requesting a loan to purchase more palm oil, vita oil, and pepper for her business. Her plan is to one day move from a table business to a shop business.
