A loan of $800 helped to buy more clothes to sell.

Rosa Candida's story

Rosa, 33, is a divorced woman mother of two children, a 13-year-old and a ten-year-old. She's employed as a cook in a snack bar and sells clothes which is her own business. She lives with her parents who help her out since she divorced her husband 8 years ago but he helps with the stipend the justice of the peace imposed on him. Rosa’s very well-known in the zone for her kindness; she participates in church and is a very active, dynamic person. She helps her children with their school homework while doing her household chores.

To buy the merchandise she needs for the business she goes to the city that’s 24 kilometers away. To get there she either takes a bus or goes by car.

The loan she’s asking for is to buy more clothes she needs to stock the business so that she can have something to sell. The loan will improve her living condition because she’ll buy clothes with it and be able to increase household income.
