A loan of $1,000 helped a member to buy a transformer.

Aguatería Saguazu Group's story

The Saguazu Water Supply is in a rural zone in the city of Paraguarí. The neighbors joined together with much sacrifice for this purpose seeing the need they had for potable water and because of the drought that existed back then. They started out initially over ten years ago with 20 users and it currently provides service to 180 families including neighboring rural communities.

Alicio, 55, is president of the Saguazu Drainage Board and Miguel, the vice-president and Manuel, the treasurer of the commission will be co-signing with him.

They will use the loan to buy a transformer in order to use the tank.
