A loan of $3,775 helped a member to purchase grocery items (rice, flour, soft drinks, etc.).

Paix De Jesus 1, 2 & 3 Group's story

Duquene is the coordinator of his group Paix de Jesus 1, 2 & 3. He is not married, and he has three children. He lives in northern Haiti, where electricity is rare and potable water is very limited. He has been running his business selling grocery items for the last six years.

Duquene hopes that this loan will help him to expand his commerce. Other members of Paix de Jesus have need of a loan for businesses selling products, such as cosmetics, food, soft drinks, charcoal, etc. He says that his main challenge is to become a bigger merchant.

In this group: Duquene, Jeanrilia, Jocelyne, Anouse, Jhislene, Wideline, Louise, Estelia, Magda, Cleanta, Mirmerose, Aristild*, Tocilia, Anita*, Marierose
