Elite Waste & Construction Services LLC is an expansion of a family tradition. As she saw and learned the ways of the disposal industry through her father’s business, Brittney decided to branch out from her father’s line of work into her own, adding services for construction projects, and in the future, possibly the real estate industry.
Providing waste and debris containers at residential and commercial sites, and portable toilets to mobile job sites, Elite Waste & Construction Services LLC has been in business three years with Brittany as the sole employee, though she plans to hire more employees as her company grows.
To help expand the business, Brittany searched for funds to purchase a work vehicle. She therefore ventured to TruFund, a nonprofit organization which referred her to Accion Texas Inc. Once she applied and was approved for the loan, Brittany was able to purchase a work truck to provide faster and additional services to existing clients. She also plans to advertise her business on the side of the truck to attract potential clients.
“Without the loan, I would not have the funds to obtain the vehicle in order to service my clients,” Brittany says. “I would also lose the potential to have additional advertising.”
Brittany also advertises her business on Facebook; check it out here: www.facebook.com\EliteWaste
