Dede is a 38-year-old single mother of two children. She has a business selling smoked fish, which she has been running for one year. Dede has applied for her sixth loan from ID-Ghana, Kiva's partner, to enable her to purchase two cartons of fish and smoke to sell to customers. With the anticipated profit, she plans to use part to pay her children's school fees and part to save with ID-Ghana.
In the near future, Dede hopes to be financially stable.
