A loan of $400 helped to pay for the maintenance of Auto Rickshaw's engine and body.

Bushra's story

Bushra is a 42-year-old married woman who lives with her husband, two daughters, and three sons in the area of Lahore, Pakistan. Her husband has a business, providing passenger transportation services in his auto rickshaw. Her husband has been doing this work for about twenty years. To carry out his work, he gets up very early because he has to look for passengers on the streets of his city.

Her husband enjoys his work because he can manage his free time and have more time to spend with his family. In addition, he is able to obtain very good earnings. Now her husband feels tranquil and comfortable because he has a regular income and more free time.

This will be her first loan with Kiva, and she hopes that with your cooperation, her husband will be able to carry out his plans. She promises to make his payments on time. Bushra requested a loan so that her husband would be able to fix the engine and maintain the body of his auto rickshaw.

Bushra is very thankful to Kiva and its field partner, BRAC Pakistan, for this honorable support.
