A loan of $1,600 helped make necessary changes in his home for his business and buy wholesale merchandise (beer, soda, pastries, etc.).

Luis Guillermo's story

Luis is a 56-year-old farmer. Throughout his life he has been devoted to work as a gardener on different farms and other plots of land in eastern Antioquia with which he has helped the whole family progress. His family consists of his wife and four children to whom he has given a good education so they are good people. Currently, he has an available space in his home where he wants to start a store with a billiards service in order to have an additional activity that will supplement the family income. He will have the support of his family as he continues to work as a gardener. His drive, enthusiasm, and dynamism motivate him to request this loan which will be used as support to make the necessary adjustments to his home and purchase wholesale merchandise (beer, sodas, pastries) to start his new project so he will continue to sustain the needs of his family. Luis is in this new activity for a chance to progress alongside the people he loves. He dreams to strengthen and establish his business very well, have regular clients, and improve their quality of life.
