Amalia Esperanza's story

Amelia Esperanza, 38, lives with her husband and two children in Zaña District, a community known for the irrigation project built by the Moche people and that’s made the agricultural work of the residents easier and attracts tourists from all over the world. It’s located an hour and 45 minutes from the city of Chiclayo that belongs to Lambayeque Region in Peru’s northern coast.

They are a unified family that strives and works hard to attain better quality of life. Amelia Esperanza sells perfume, women’s, men’s’ and children’s clothes. Her husband works as a driver transporting residents from Zaña to Chiclayo.

She’s asked Edpyme Alternativa for a 2,500 new sol loan to buy stock merchandise for her store to increase business and generate higher income that will lead to improved quality of life for her family.
