Aurea is a partner in the Communal Prosperity Bank.

Aurea is 39 years old, married and has 5 children. Aurea goes house to house selling cheese that she acquires from middlemen who sell them at markets; in the last month she stopped selling because cheese has risen significantly in price. Aurea also travels to the Ayacucho jungle where she sells cereals, cheeses and cocoa. Aurea and her husband also have a carpenter workshop at home.

Aurea needs a 2000 loan to invest in the purchase of timber and for the payment of workmen.

Aurea dreams of having her carpentry workshop with more machinery so that when her children finish their studies they can build their home and implement a store.
