A loan of $125 helped to buy clothes in bulk.

Yanina's story

Yanina is 29 years old and lives with her husband, Oswaldo. They have 2 young daughters who they look after with lots of love and care in the home that they have rented for the last 5 years.

Yanina buys and sells clothes. Her work consists of bringing in a variety of women's, men's and children's clothes from the city to her hometown where she has some good customers. The biggest advantage she offers is to buy on credit and pay for the items later. She says that she has trustworthy clients and so makes regular profit which allows her to help her husband with the household costs as well as feel independent and have a great desire to move on in life.

In the future she would like to save enough to have a well stocked and equipped shop. This is her sixth loan with Kiva and she is thankful for the financial help that she receives to keep going and promises to pay back her installments on time.

Yanina will invest 300 Peruvian soles on purchasing clothes in bulk to fulfill her customers' requests.
