Elilibeth is 30 years old, married and the mother of two children, one of whom is in school. She works very hard to provide for them by buying and selling charcoal in the Philippines, and is requesting a loan for PHP 27,000 through NWTF to purchase additional sacks of charcoal to sell. She has been in this business for nine years, and would like to save enough money to provide a secure future for her family.

(NWTF) is a non-governmental organization established with an aim to help men and women achieve self-sufficiency, particularly in the province of Negros Occidental’s low-income communities.
