A loan of $1,450 helped to buy stock merchandise for her store.

Nicanora's story

Nicanora, 54, is married with two independent daughters. She has a food mart located at home in the city of Itá where she’s been supplying her customers with herbal tea, beverages in general, meat, baked goods, dairy products, charcoal, sugar, rice and others for more than 10 years.

She relates that it was difficult to start at first but gradually she forged a path and today she has a very good clientele that buys from her frequently and this is how she’s getting ahead.

She’s asking for this loan to buy meat, baked goods, dairy products, charcoal, sugar, rice and others to be able to stock her store and continue offering a good variety to her customers. She’s grateful for the opportunity she’s getting to grow and improve.
