A loan of $300 helped to buy a dozen and a half of sheeting, and wood to build his house because where he lives now isn't his.

Ausberto's story

Ausberto is 34 years old. He only went to school through the first grade. He is married and his wife is a housewife. He has two children and they are in school.

He is a barber by trade and has done this for 7 years. His father was the one who taught him this work. Before becoming a barber, he worked as a farmer. In addition, he worked in a factory, but he had to commute a long way and he barely had time with his family. One day, he was worried because he had nothing for his family. He remembered his father's words: "this will be useful for you when you have a home". Today he is grateful that his father taught him this work. He is getting his family ahead and the best thing is that he spends more time with them. His schedule is from 7: 00 AM till 2:30 PM, because later he goes to church with his family.

The loan will be invested in buying a dozen and a half of sheeting and wood to build his house because where he lives now isn't his. His dream is to pay off the loan to keep his doors open. His dream is to build a brick house and for his children to graduate from college.
