Raqia's story

Raqia, age 50, deals in the business of animal sales. She buys animals (baby goats & calves) at low prices, raises them and then sells them out in the market at higher prices. She makes enough through her business to contribute to the family income. She needs to improve her business to bear her household expenses. For this reason, she contacted Kashf Foundation and applied for a loan of 15,000 PKR (Pakistani rupee) to purchase another calf. She is very experienced and has good contacts in the market. With this loan, she will definitely expand her business and income level.
