A loan of $850 helped to buy cattle and increase her working capital.

Dono's story

Dono was born in 1964. She lives in northern Tajikistan with her family. She was born and raised in the countryside. As a child, she used to help her parents who were involved in crop farming and animal husbandry. After she got married, she started her own animal husbandry business, which she has been running for more than 20 years.

Dono raises two children. Her husband works as a high school teacher, but Dono is the family's main breadwinner. She wants to increase her working capital and, ultimately, her income. She will soon have to hold a wedding celebration for her son, so she needs to have more money. She is requesting a loan of 4,000 somoni to buy some livestock. She is awaiting your kindness.
