The "banc villageois" Nema 2 was founded on 24th March 2001. Madame Cécile is the representative for the Nghatamane Group. The group's name means 'to help one another, to work for success'.

Madame Cécile is 57 years old, a divorcée and mother to 4 children. All the members of the Nghatamane group have the same aim, to be successful with their businesses. They have always repaid their loans without any problems. Madame Cécile's principal business is the sale of vegetables such as carrots, cabbages and tomatoes. She buys her stocks in Dakar and she has operated this business for more than 13 years. Her earnings pay for her rent, water, electricity, food, etc. She also has a savings account.
