Zubaida's story

Zubaida is a 51-year-old, married woman. She is a vigorous lady, and for the past five years, she has been running business of clothing sales. She buys clothes of different fabrics, in various colors and designs. She buys them from the market at wholesale rates, and then sells them to the people of her community. She has a varied customer base and is able to earn enough through her business.

She is requesting a loan of Rs 50,000 from the Kashf Foundation. She will use it to buy a wide variety of clothes, in different colors and designs, to expand her inventory and attract more customers. She expects a boost in her earnings with her loan. She plans to spend part of her profits on the betterment of her family members.
