Mom, who is pictured with her child, is 22 years old. She is married and resides with a four-year-old child in Kampong Chhnang Province, Cambodia.
She has been working in garment factory for more than a year, earning approximately $2 daily. Her husband is a construction foreman who makes an income of $6 each day.
To improve her family’s finances, Mom is requesting a loan of $1,000 to purchase construction tools for her husband to use in his work. This purchase will help him obtain enough tools for bigger construction projects.
In the future, she would like to expand her husband's business, and send her child to a good school. In addition, she want to build a new house next year.
