A loan of $525 helped to buy tangerines, onions, soap, and jarred mayonnaise.

Khady's story

Khady is a 45-year-old lady who has been in commerce for more than two years. She is a married mother. She buys and sells diverse products: palm oil, onions. Despite her age, she also shuttles between Senegal and Mauritania to find products like soap, milk, and jarred mayonnaise, which are products that aren’t expensive over there; this is the goal of her loan. She has nobody for whom she is responsible to burden her, but she participates in the management of family needs. She works for the best living conditions of her household.
