A loan of $600 helped business capital for her sale of hot peppers and oil.

Afi's story

Born in 1972 in Attitogon, Mrs. Afi Aanou lives with her husband in Tékponou in the Vo Prefecture. She is the mother of three children. Her principal business is selling hot peppers and oil. This business runs on capital that she borrows at very high rates of interest from moneylenders.

This does not allow her to earn a good profit from her business to use to support her family. To get herself out of this rut, she is requesting a loan for her business. The success of this plan will allow her to have financial independence.
