Born in 1978 in Aklakou, Togo, Mrs. Kokoè Victorine A. has been selling cooked rice for four years. She is married and responsible for three persons. Lacking significant business capital, she does not manage to supply the demand of her numerous customers.

For this reason, she is not able to make enough income to allow her to cover the many needs of her household.

Intent on increasing her buying power so as to maximize her profit to improve living conditions for her family, she is requesting a loan. This will serve as business capital which should allow her to earn a living wage.
