Tranh's story

Tranh was born in 1993. He lives in Bac Ninh. He has an Electronics and Telecommunications major at Le Qui Don Technical University (http://vi.wikipedia.org/wiki/H%E1%BB%8Dc_vi%E1%BB%87n_K%E1%BB%B9_thu%E1%BA%ADt_Qu%C3%A2n_s%E1%BB%B1). His course lasts 50 months, and he will be graduating in 2016. His education’s fee is subsidized by his parents.

Tranh’s family has five members. His mother is a farmer. His father is a construction worker. The woman who is sitting next to him in this picture is his mother. He is the third person in his family who graduated from high school and has a higher education. His family’s income is about 10,000,000 dong (VND) per month.

Tranh has a passion for his major. He usually finds interesting ideas from his major. He also understands that learning helps him have qualifications to get a high-paid job and bring in income for his family. He wants to borrow 15,300,000 VND to pay for a computer to support his studying. If he couldn’t access this loan, his studying would be interrupted. He appreciates the help of people all around the world who are raising funds for this kind program. This has been a lot of support for the education of students in Vietnam. He also hopes this program can be expanded to help more students.
