A loan of $500 helped to buy stock merchandise for his store.

Felix Pedro's story

Félix is a responsible, hardworking, honest person living with his children in southern Honduras. His business for the last 15 years has been a grocery store.

He needs the loan to buy shortening, rice, beans, meats, eggs, sugar, coffee, flour, pasta, milk, etc. He hopes his sales will increase with the loan having more merchandise on-hand and being able to provide better customer service.

Félix hopes to cover the needs he has and to improve his and his family’s quality of life a bit. He hopes his business will continue growing and in a few years become one of the largest, best-known grocery stores in the cone and that his children become upstanding citizens with better opportunities in society.
