Edson, who is in his late 30s, is married with four children who are still going to school. He has been selling bricks since 2004. He works from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm daily and is able to make a good monthly profit.

This will be Edson's 13th loan from Tujijenge Tanzania. He used the previous loans also to buy lorries of sand and more stock of cement and managed to make many bricks. He bought a new machine for making better and strong bricks and has paid back all his loans successfully. He used the profit to buy two plots of lands, a TV set, a Radio, paid his children school fees and covered household expenses. He is really doing very great. He appreciates the loan which has made his family life better. He will use this loan to buy more sacks of cement and a lorry of sand to make more bricks. He dreams of increasing his loan amount.

Edson will share this loan with his loan group "KARAFUU" which has ten members who will hold each other accountable for paying back the loan.
