Razia's story

Razia is a 43-year-old vigorous lady. She has been stitching clothes for many years. She stitches for the people of her community and uses the income to support her entire family. However, due to lack of availability of funds, she is unable to meet the daily demands of her customers. For this reason, she requested a loan of PKR 25,000 from the Kashf Foundation. She intends to use this loan amount to buy more spools of thread in different colors along with packs of laces, zippers and buttons. This will help her to stitch up more dresses on time. She is in her 2nd loan cycle with good credit history. She expects a boost in her earnings and dreams to expand her business in the near future.
