Felipa Del Socorro
View original language description ↓
L. is 36 years old, single and has no children. She lives in a small home built on her own efforts with plank walls and earthen floors. She is requesting a loan to tile her home and thus improve her living conditions. She works for Asunción Hospital and the San Ramón Clinic. In her home, she uses solar energy and when it's cloudy she doesn't turn on her lights, but she still is able to use electric appliances like her TV and speakers. She repaid her first loan before the allotted time and has an excellent credit history. She wants to improve her home because the rainy season has made it very muddy. Eventually, she hopes to put up concrete walls to add more security. Currently she is not concerned about a robbery because her mother lives next door, who takes care of it while she is at work.
