Ioseb's story

Ioseb, 24, lives with his sister and parents in a small village in the Gurjaani district of Georgia.

Ioseb is involved in agricultural activities. In particular, he has a vineyard and a plot of agricultural land, where maize and peach trees are grown. The harvested products are sold locally.

Ioseb has decided to start his own trade business and has requested a loan. Credo's startup program, which is a joint initiative with Kiva, enables him to get a loan of 1,600 Georgian laris to purchase a stock of vegetables to sell.

This investment will enable him to increase his family's income. With the increased income, he will be able to improve the family's living conditions.
