A loan of $675 helped to purchase more fabric for making clothes so he can meet the demand by stocking up.

Jafete's story

Jafete is married and has six children, two of whom attend different school grades. He lives in a house that he owns. Aside from his family he also supports his niece who lives with him.
He has been a tailor (he makes and sells various garments) for over 20 years. He's also an evangelical preacher by trade.
With the current loan for 20,000mt he intends to purchase more fabric for making clothes so he can meet the demand by stocking up.
His dreams are to enlarge his shop, improve his productivity and set up a farm for commercial farming and for raising small animals. His main challenges are combining the time he has for his tailoring and his clerical work - he needs to work at night in order to meet the orders - and the lack of funds to invest in farming.
