Gloria is a housekeeper who does domestic work in private homes, and in the afternoons she runs a business selling tortillas. She is familiar with agricultural work and helps her father work the land. It was from her parents that she learned everything she knows today.
The loan will be used to purchase a heifer for fattening and breeding. With time, she hopes to triple her production and maybe one day be able to build her own home.

The goal is to support businesses that will enable women to work from their homes or start flexible businesses, as many of them are single mothers and are the sole caretakers for their families. Women who receive this type of loan also receive training on entrepreneurship, business management and budgeting.
