Safarmahmad and his neighbors are planning to use the profits from the sale of the harvest to build local roads and to provide electricity to their region. In Tajikistan, many areas suffer in the winter from the lack of electricity. The local residents are hoping that when the winter comes, the work will be completed and they will have electric power.

Сафармахмад муж и отец шестерых детей. Он со своей семьей живет в районе Хуросон. У Сафармахмада кукурузное поле. Более 13 лет он сам заниматься посевом кукурузы. В сборе урожая ему помогают его дочери, потому что сыновья находятся на заработках за рубежом. У Сафармахмада среднетехническое образование, он шофер. Собранный урожай он вывозит из района сам. Сафармахмад надеется, что полученный кредит поможет ему по быстрее собрать урожай и в дальнейшем расширить свое поле. От дохода урожая Сафармахмад со своими земляками займется строительством дороги и снабжать район электричеством. В Таджикистане многие районы и села страдают от отсутствия электричество зимой. К приходу зимы жители района Хуросон готовятся и надеются, что к приходу зимы они закончат свои работы и у них зимой будет электричество.
